Smoking a Tacos LE 2018
With a uniform springiness and deep brown Maduro wrapper, the Taco exudes hay, earth, leather, and vanilla aromas. The pre-draw reveals flavors of espresso and clay with hints of a floral background.
After lighting, the dominating flavors include salted almonds and creaminess backed by intense cedar flavors. The floral notes get stronger through the first third and white pepper becomes more apparent on the retrohale.
Moving towards the middle third, strong caramel sweetness makes its way into opulent flavor combinations. However, the mild- to mid-strength stick has not yet hit its stride, as it becomes increasingly full-bodied in the final third. With only a few touch-ups needed, the burn line is consistent and steady.

Wrapped in a dark, chocolatey wrapper with prominent veins is this limited edition, rustic-looking cigar. It is 6.6” long and has a ring gauge of 49, which makes it the longest but not the broadest offering from the Limited Edition line.

.We smoked R&J for 30 years. This is an very non-typical one for us. Spice and Heavy smoke. Never seen in this brand. Tastes more than a heavy partagas. BUT this is a TOP sigar! Unbelievable good. I will order more of them.

My confidence was unsure I would even get my order, but I am happy to report my order arrived well packaged, humidified, and vacuum sealed. Most amazingly, my order arrived in less time than some orders from USA companies! As for this cigar, I cannot give it higher praise!! The hint of chocolate is obvious at the outset. The flavor deepened as I continued to enjoy this wonderful cigar. The attention to its construction was superb. The stick burned evenly from top to bottom.
