When the system works, it's excellent. But my recent order was "returned to sender" by Royal Mail because, they claimed, the delivery address could not be identified? I have no idea what the actual issue is. It's impossible to speak to a human being at Royal Mail. I did telephone Swiss Cuban Cigars and I am waiting for a response to my recent e-mail to them. My order was made 4 weeks ago
