Fairly smooth. Burns well. Starts off with a hint of ... sugar ? Then as I progress thru it, I can very slightly taste coffee & chocolate. AND 2 others with whom I've shared these, have both said "this is your best cigar".

Cigars were great although I should have left them in humidor for a month before smoking. It did take three weeks before they shipped out of Switzerland.
