I went with a box on my first purchase based on a friend's suggestion. I am glad I listened. the first half inch was a little "grassy" but after that it was very smooth and flavorful. As with all the Cubans I have had so far, the construction is wonderful--very tight but the draw is good and the burn symmetrical the entire length. I will keep these in my humidor always!

This is still one of the best Cuban cigars around. The series D is bold but not overbearing. Very rich flavor & an easy smoke. Goes well with diplomatico rum.

So far Hoyo de Monterrey Epicure No. 2 and Montecristo # 2 are my best cigars to date . I really enjoy it specially when I am working from home and during my lunch break I light up Hoyo and I keep Montecristo for the weekend.

I happened upon these cigars while shopping on Swiss Cuban. I didn’t even know they existed. But, since I’m a big fan of Cuban double coronas, I thought I would give them a try. They are really good! They start off a little slow, then the flavor builds and becomes more spicy and complex. I wouldn’t say they are better or worse than the other, more popular Cuban double coronas; just different. Strongly recommended for those who enjoy a nice, long, medium-strength cigar.

I was wary of buying these and decided on a lower value box of Montecristo no 4's, how could they offer then at such a competitive price! Basically I thought I may have written my money off, but oh my god, how wrong I was, they arrived within 2 weeks and were original monte's at a fantastic price, I have already put a bigger order in for a wider range of monte's.......try it or keep paying way too much!

This cigar has everything. Perfect burn, easy draw and lots of smoke. The flavors were full but never harsh and the cigar lasted longer than I expected. I purchased a sampler but next is a box!
