They did do the whole items not in and offered credit towards any other cigars but I wasn't interested. Then day before refund they were in and shipped out. No worries because it's what I wanted and the condition of the cigars was unbelievable. I have never received cigars in perfect condition before until now, OMG! Absolutely perfect condition!!!
