My favourite Cuban.This is the second box of Serie D No 4 that I have purchased from Swiss and they never disappoint. This is a very well made cigar with an even burn and prefect draw with lots of creamy smoke. Pairs beautifully with a single malt of your choice. This is Danny Devito's favourite cigar, and when you try one you'll find out why! Serious CigarYes, this is a very serious cigar. Great construction, light, burn throughout. Lots of rich, creamy smoke. The flavor profile is very different from my preferred Monte Cristo. More earthy, wood, hay, barnyard, with some sweet hints of molasses, coffee, cacao. I had to put it down for a break after the first inch or so. Very potent, I'm used to slightly milder cigars.

D4A classic cigar. Arrived quickly and in great condition. Typically when i buy a box from SSC the box date is 17, 18, 19. These partagas were '23! February. So of course they arent going to taste like a 5 year old cigar. Into the humidor they go! Tried one right away...a little "grassy". Have to admit i m a little spoiled by SCC over the years getting QUALITY sticks, pretty much box aged! Becomi g a "cigar snob"...lol!Response from store Thanks for your comments. Always a smileI’ve been smoking Partagas Serie D #4 for two decades and the consistency and quality has remained unchanged throughout that time frame. And Swiss Cuban Cigars is the finest Cuban cigar house in operation today. I’ve tried other places and they have all left me disappointed. The recent box of #4’s I received from Swiss Cubs Cigars were once again delivered early and in perfect condition. The draw was perfect as was the wrapper and overall condition of the cigars. Never a disappointment with this firm. Their communication is always timely and you can count on them to provide you with a response to your inquiries. Although there is one customer service representative that I no longer will deal with as he/she does not return emails or phone calls. All the other rep’s have been outstanding.
