Celebrating the Montecristo heritage and adding a full-flavored complement to the Montecristo lineup is the Montecristo 1935 Leyenda. One of the most luxurious Montecristo cigars yet, the Leyenda or "Legend" is constructed totally by hand around tobaccos from the famous Vuelta Abajo area of Cuba's Pinar del Rio region. The cigar features a 6 ½" x 55 size, first unveiled with the Montecristo 80 Aniversario.

Montecristo at its bestThis series of cigars sets a new level of sophistication and smoothness to this brand. A long but relaxing and smooth taste is lasting for over and hour and a half. The flavors are mild but consistent and the stick burns evenly and stays burning with a little attention. The draw is solid and the flavor is creamy with slight pepper and earthy notes. A medium stick that is great with a expersso in the morning or a well aged whiskey as an evening nightcap. Also a fine stick for any special occasion or a simply evening smoke to wind down. The box is well packaged but the sticks are this companies best rolled sticks. A pricey stick but well worth the price and like a fine wine will age well with slight care. Will buy again soon. Excellent stick MC bestThis is one of the most enjoyable smokes. The stick has a solid draw and burns evenly. This taste is consistent and balanced. I was pleasantly surprised with the construction. Almost thought it was Davidoff in the construction. The flavors are complex but balanced. A mid level to mild tone with light spice and earth with a consistency of cream that last for the full smoke. By far ML35 best stick and smoke. Nothing this good from them since M#2. And with the support of Lohanna and SCC a great deal for a great smoke. I can’t wait to order another round!
