At 124 mm / 4.9 inches length and with a ring gauge of 50, the No 2 has a Corojo wrapper with minimal veins on the wrapper. It is spongy along its whole length with an expertly applied cap.
The cold draw reveals musky cedar flavors that leave a tang of salt on the lips. The first draws produce abundant white smoke and a long nutty retrohale, and the initial third features hot peppers that change into more mellow flavors of moss and grass.
The second third features a sweeter profile with pineapple elements breaking through, which rolls out to the final third, predominated with earth and nuts flavors.

Rich and creamyThe sweetness of Juan Lopez no. 2 is definitely rich and creamy. The intensity of this habano and the complexity of the tobacco merge into a unique, undreamed-of experience. The first third starts with a pop of pepper. Towards the middle the pepper calms down and leaves you with a creamy smoke with chocolate and light earth and hints of cinnamon and honey. The final third is what we all wait for and this mighty stick gives it all to you, kind of what happens on the night of your honey moon!! This cigar is definitely a box worthy buy and thanks to Swiss cigars they made it possible! Thank you Swiss Cuban Cigars for hitting it out of the park with the Juan Lopez.

Juan Lopez number 2Perhaps the finest smoking cuban cigar right now. I have smoked these with 2 or so years of box age as well as 6 years of box age and the cigars a excellent for a smaller ring gauge and a relatively short smoke. Rich leather, rich cedar and beautiful salty cuban twang. And a fraction of the price of the big players such as Cohiba, Punch, Partagas, H Upman.
