Smoking an Hermosos 4 Añejados
The Hermosos 4 Añejados has all the mellowness you expect of aged tobacco with a mild-to-medium body. The cold draw offers wood and the opening is pleasantly sweet. The burn and draw are excellent, with a slight resistance that draws the tobacco’s full flavor.
The first third hits you with hazelnut and walnut notes blended with dark chocolate and a mild floral scent. Spiciness on the retrohale develops into a meaty mesquite base note in the middle third, with earth notes and a hint of maple syrup weaving throughout. The final third finishes strong with oak, leather, and toast laid over the mild sweetness.

The Hermosos 4 Añejados is the third release from Habanos SA’s Añejados collection. The concept was to create a line of cigars that are aged from 5-8 years after rolling.
Produced in 2015, the Hermosos 4 Añejados is the shortest of the collection with a 5” length and a 48 ring gauge.

Good but not FantasticVery nice cigar. Lots of smoke. Flavors definitely subdued; nothing jarring or sharp. Burns fairly quick but extremely even. I was particularly impressed by the room note- very light, gentle, and smooth. This was my first order from the site and I was a bit concerned about the time took for delivery, the fact that the order came from Hungary, and that the site did not respond to two separate messages. HdM Hermosos No. 4 AnejadosMy Gosh, if there ever was a cigar that I wish I would have bought more than 1 box, it is this one. First of all my box was made in 2006 (16 years old). I shared one of the HdM Hermosos No. 4 Anejados cigars with a good friend. We were about half way through this cigar and we both had the same sentiment. THIS IS THE BEST CIGAR WE HAD EVER SMOKED!! I am a big fan of this stick. HOYO’s are definitely on my radar now!!

CEOLet me tell you how lucky I was to purchase this beautiful box of cigars, because right after I clicked the baboso purchase button they were out of stock! I know you want to hear about the first , second, and third arts of how this cigar smoked. Remember that it was aged 8 years and then the box was opened. Upon passing the inspection it sat for and then sat for another 8 years! Yes 2006 is the date I received!!! Upon light up I experienced chocolate, cinamon,light pepper, light cedar and a smidgen of barrel aged rum!! This gorgeous cigar not only burned perfectly , as I continued on towards the end I tasted a buttery Graham cracker note that put me in a trans..... thank you Swiss cuban cigars for this exquisite cigar!!
