Cohiba Coronas Especiales Overview
The Cohiba brand was born in 1966 to provide Fidel Castro and the government elite with a private line of luxury cigars. Within a short amount of time, Cohiba cigars were used as diplomatic gifts and their prestige grew around the world.
With a ring gauge of 38, the Cohiba Coronas Especiales is thinner than most Cohiba productions. This particular cigar was created in 1969, but it was not until 1982 that the cigar traveled off the island of Cuba and was marketed internationally. At 5.9 in length it comes in shorter than the Cohiba Lanceros, but often draws many comparisons due to their tobacco and smoking similarities.

Fabulous !!!Coronas Especiales are simply fabulous! Perfectly rounded, creamy and distinguished. Perfect draw, pefect construction, silver ash and a world of tastes in your mouth. One of the best 5 cigars I have ever smoked, although I usually smoke thick gauge.
