FinallyI received the cigars after 21 days. As previous reviewers have noted, about 10% of the cigars have dried and cracked…they don’t travel well for three weeks! That said, I opened them and put all but one in my humidor to give them a good moisturising. Sampled one of the dried out ones. Clearly they were in great shape when packed as the cigar smoked well. I can only suggest that a faster transition time should be found to reduce the damage risk. Cigar received in 20 days ????Obviously, it's not in the great condition, some of them are cracked as the pic shows, probably not stored in a steady environmental warehouse, however, Flaws do not cover up strengths, Thum up to the customer service and shipping, and hopefully next time send me some old date cigars, Coz this one is too new????cheers
